Your monthly statements for checking, savings and money market accounts are delivered to you sooner with no additional fee. You can save your eStatements to your computer in a PDF format; eStatements and check images are available online for 3 months. View eStatement Demo Requesting eStatements To request your statements in an electronic format, send us a secure e-mail via your Business Online Banking product. Click on "EMAIL" located on the menu bar across the top of the screen. Using the e-mail form to communicate securely with the bank, simply inform us that you would like to “receive eStatements”. E-mail Notification Your online authorized personnel will receive an e-mail notification from Town North Bank stating "Your new Town North Bank online TNB eStatement is now available for viewing". Simply click on our Web site link provided to be directed to the Business Online Banking page. Enter your Company ID, Company Password, User ID and User Password as you currently do to gain access to online banking; then select "ONLINE SERVICES" on the menu bar and then select "ONLINE STATEMENTS". E-mail Address Your notification will be sent to the current e-mail address on file with the bank. To change an e-mail address, select "ADMINISTRATION" on the menu bar; then select "USER PROFILE MAINTENANCE". Go Green To no longer receive paper statements, simply send us a secure e-mail once again via your Business Online Banking product.
